Agency Division was fully operational from 2007 but limited to owner's protective agents.Later during 2008 , GMA commenced handling vessels calling Fujairah Offshore Anchorage and Main Berths alongside call( Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminal -FOTT, Fujairah Port, VTTI ,( FRCL ), Vopak Horizon Fujairah Terminal. - VHFT) on regular basis. GMA as agents has has successfully handled more than 100 + vessels during the year 2012 with high service level and efficient operational procedures

CREW MANAGEMENT

Arrange seamen Visa for crew joining/ disembarking vessel calling Ports of UAE.Transportation of Crew to and fro Dubai International Airport as per flight schedule.To meet/ greet /assist the crew at the Dubai International Airport and at the Port of Fujairah and complete all necessary formalities at the immigration.Timely SMS (short message service) update to the PIC (Owners/ Managers) on the crew movement right from the moment they enter UAE.
